Sanctus Mercantile Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with a non-custom item, you may return it within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery for a refund of the purchase price, store credit, or replacement (subject to product availability). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@sanctusmercantile.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Personalized & Custom-Made Items
Because personalized, custom-engraved, and made-to-order items are created specifically for you, these items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging. Upon review, Sanctus Mercantile may, at its discretion:
• Provide a replacement item;
• Issue a store credit; or
• Provide a full or partial refund.
If a replacement is approved, Sanctus Mercantile will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that a package has been lost in transit, please contact us promptly. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable period of time.
Returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds may be denied if returned items show signs of use, damage, alteration, or are missing original components.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
